How would you know if you have a tubal pregnancy?

i took a pregnancy test Sat. morning and it was postive. My period was suppose to come this wk but it didn't. i'm not sure what day my last period was last month. the problem is that i am taking birth control and i have a 10 month old girl. i'm postive that i don't want this child b/c i'm struggling trying to take care of my 5 yr old and 10 month old girls. i took my pills like i was suppose to but if i missed a day i would double up. i'm just scared b/c i'm not sure how far along i am. when i had my period last month i had it 2 days but very lite. do i need to go to the doctor to get an ultra sound? i need to know how far along i am. i order some pills to abort the child online and it stated that if i'm 3 months it would be very dangerous and i could end up in the hospital. but then i'm worried that it might be in my tubes. i been very sick and i been havin sharp pain in my left and right side. more in my left. i know it is wrong but i can not afford to raise another child.

How would you know if you have a tubal pregnancy?
please consider adoption
Reply:That could be a tubal pregnancy, yes. I would not take any kind of pills to abort a child that I ordered online. And if you are very far along then ANY abortion would be very dangerous. But so is an ectopic pregnancy. You need to get to a doctor. Are you not getting any kind of financial assistance for your kids? And how about considering adoption, if you feel that it is wrong to have an abortion? It is OK to have those feelings. But if you just had the baby and gave it up for adoption that might make you feel like you are making a better decision for yourself. It is your decision to make. Are you able to get a medical card? You probably can if you are struggling with financial difficulties and are pregnant again, especially since you already have two kids. That would at least take care of the doctor's bills and that sort of thing during the pregnancy and then if you decide you want to give the child up for adoption after it is born you can do so. Good luck!
Reply:You need to find out if you are pregnant for sure. Take a home pregnancy test and if it is positive, go see a doctor. Trying to get rid of it yourself could put you in the hospital or leave you infertile. Consider adoption for the child. It's not it's fault you messed up. Two wrongs don't make a right.
Reply:First of all it is completely within your rights to make decisions regarding your pregnancy and your body.

However, I wouldn't take ANY drug I bought off the internet. There is no telling that the medication you bought is safe OR is what it actually says it is.

You need to see a doctor. It's important that you find out how far along the pregnancy is, and to let them help you find a SAFE abortion clinic. Even if thoes pills do what they say and end your pregnancy, you could still end up sick if all of the tissue from it isn't expelled.
Reply:Consider adoption. This child didn't ask to be conceived, and most definitely does not deserve to be killed. If you're taking the pill, then think of this as a blessing in disguise maybe. Consider adopting the child if you can't afford to care for it.
Reply:You have two children so you know full well that it is not a mass of cells you are trying to terminate- it is a CHILD! There are many programs out there to help mothers in need and there is also the wonderful, unselfish choice of putting your child up for adoption. Killing the baby should not feel like the right choice.

As far as the pain is concerned, you should go to the ER and have it checked out. If it is tubal then they can form a treatment plan right away and hopefully prevent your tube from rupturing.
